I believe this is a Bell Seagull design clinker built , model 20/21 foot with rudder. It has a retractable keel for shallow draft and comes with 2+ sets of sails. most of the rigging is there as well as the rudder and 2 tillers. I"ve also replaced the mast steps last year The tandem trailer comes with it "trailer alone is worth 500 + pounds. collection only , you will have to bring your own tie downs to secure the boat to the trailer. payment cash on pick up or Paypal.
