This Avon sea rider 4.5m RIB has been used at our sailing school for the past 10years as one of the boats we teach motor boating on and use for rescue cover on the water. The boat has been used as a spare boat for the last 5 years - so not much use day to day. We have kept the engine serviced and maintained regularly at marine performance at Upton marina, we took the boat up there recently after a problem the boat had with loosing power and they said cylinder three needed replacing - as it is an older engine, we do not want to pay for the work to be done and would rather sell on now. The engine is a two stroke oil injection 40hp 4 cylinder engine with gas assisted tilt - when working , it is a lovely boat to drive (lots of power and great fun). The boat comes complete with road trailer that has just had two complete new hubs and bearings, however jockey wheel is damaged as shown in photo. Pump also included. Tubes on the boat are all ok for age apart from rear port side tube that lets some air out (needs pumping up most days). Steering console and throttle box all in good condition and work well. Engine starts and runs as can seen from photos taken today. Cash on collection only please - Tom 07504200646.
