Hull & Keel & deck fittings – Twin keel with approx. 3ft draft. All in very good condition. Antifouled mid 2016. Self draining cockpit. Bilge pump (fully operational but never had to use.) SS push pit / pull pit 7 boarding ladder all in excellent condition. Cleats to bow / stern but also with mid cleats on beam. Warps / fenders / anchor with chain & warp. Foresail cars to port / starboard. Sails & Rigging & Covers– SS Standing rigging completely replaced June 2016. 2 x foresails (one nearly new). 2 x Headsails. Furling Genoa. Very good quality spray hood & stack pack with lazy jacks. New (Sep 16) Foresail sock cover full length. New foresail Halyard. Spinaker Halyard & Pole Double line reefing led back to cockpit, 2 Halyard winches in Cockpit, Halyard winch on coach roof. All lines led back through pulleys / deck organisers to jammers in cockpit. Full nearly new cockpit enclosure which massively increases living area Electrical & navigation– New electrics fitted professionally June 2016. New self regulating battery charger. New battery selector switch to 2 batteries. New RCD to 240V shore power. New double 13A sockets. New wiring to masthead VHF. New USB sockets. New double master switch panel. Internal lighting from 12V or shore power. Lights include mast head tricolour, anchor light, navigation lights on pull pit & push pit (new) Instruments – Depth, log, speed, VHF (DCS) with GPS display also with new VHF ariel (June 2016), Chart plotter with UK maps loaded, Raymarine tiller pilot, Compass in cockpit, CD radio with Aux socket Engine – Sought after outboard version located in well. Tohatsu 9.8 ES. New 2013 7 serviced regularly. Upgraded 3 blade prop. Hardly run in. Full electric start with gear/ throttle controls in cockpit. Separate plastic fuel tank with gauge. (Includes new spare tank / fuel line with quick connectors). Easy to operate with all the power needed. Easy to go astern. No issues therefore with stern glands, prop fouling easily solved etc. servicing / winterisation a dream. Interior – Seat cushions in cabin refurbished to high standard.
