I bought this a couple of years ago and intended to restore it and use it for lazy weekends on the river with a glass of wine. Scorpios were styled along the lines of the italian Rivas but obviously smaller and much, much cheaper!  The seat layout is really unusual, being a comfy and wide L shape, with a single helm seat which I intended to be made to swivel round. There is loads of room inside for a small boat, lending itself to anybody wanting something that can be trailered to a launch ramp and then recovered and taken home at the end of the day, but still have loads of room.  These are pretty rare, I've only seen one other which had been restored and looked amazing. The hull design has a really deep bow, which will make it handle well in choppy water without getting wet.  The boat is pretty much a fibreglass hull with working teleflex steering fitted. The seats will need reupholstering with some new vinyl, as the old has cracked badly. The foam underneath looks like it could be salvaged though, making it a pretty easy job. The carpet needs taking out as I don't think it originally would have had one, and the whole thing would benefit from a new coat of paint. Other than that, add an engine and controls and you're ready to go!  The trailer pulls fine, with no serious rust or issues. One of the tyres seems to have a slow puncture as it had gone down since I last worked on it, so this will need looking at at some point. I did pull this trailer regularly with another boat though and It really is a gem on slow twisty roads or fast motorways alike. I'll make sure its pumped up before its taken away.  This boat needs to go as I'm moving house and don't have the room to keep it anymore.
