If you are looking for a small Yacht project, this is for you!Although I know quite a bit about canal boats, sea going boats I know less about, however, I'll list what I do know:
Tankard 23" Yacht, apparently a really good, fast yacht when in sailing conditionBought as a project a few years ago, due to time constraints it's never been started so has to be sold as isUnknown year of buildFixed keel In need of work to make it habitable again Some of the wood inside seems to have been very well made and fitted, so not everything needs removing necessarilySea toiletProp and rudder are free moving and seem to work fineFibreglass hull appears in good working condition (could benefit from a lick of paint but seems to be fine)GPS and navigational aids present but untestedNo engine present - but at least you get to pick one of your own choiceCould make a very beautiful little boat, as it's so small there's not necessarily a huge amount needed to re-fit it. Ideal first projectCurrently in a yard in Meltham, near Huddersfield It's in a storage yard, you can have the boat stored for £1.50 per day for up to 3 months after the auction finishes so you can make arrangements to get it moved.
