2010 MY Jeanneau Leader 8 ,not to be confused with the Leader 805 ,which is a very fine boat but the 8 is bigger more modern styling and better equipped ( not my words ).I have owned Charlina for around three years now .She does everything that the manufacturer said that she would ,good performance, economical ( for a boat ) good mannered etc etc etc.The first year of ownership was in Brixham Devon and the I moved her to Altea in Costa Blanca Spain where she is now on a berth paid up until the end of next September ( included in sale ).The previous owner bought her as an ex demo and she was delivered in April 2011 ,looking at the information I have she was well cared for in that time with servicing based on time not hours .Since owning I have lavished the same care on her and she has now only done just under 200 hours with the engine and leg being serviced in April this year along with the antifouling , the local Volvo agent ( who serviced the leg ) also carried out a Volvo warranty recall on the exhaust system which was quite an expensive and involved procedure which won`t need doing again .Rather than me write a load of old guff ,if you want to know anything more please contact me . The Leader 8 is 8.95 metres long and 2.95 metres wide and displaces around 3 tons.
