Suzuki DS 2.5hp - new May 2015OWNERS COMMENTSCharlie Girl is a well found yacht which cruises well under both sail and engine. She is professionally maintained, wintered ashore each year and is subject to a continuous programme of upgrade and renewal by the owners.
The syndicate is well established, friendly and supportive, operates a yearly rotating allocation of either 2 x 3 week or 3 x 2 week slots per owner but consideration is always given to partners who may wish to alter their allocated slots each year. 
The annual AGM is usually held towards the end of November each year to discuss and agree the maintenance and renewal programme, budget and time slots for each member's use for the coming year. 
There is a formal partnership agreement in place covering all aspects of the yacht's operation, maintenance and use, with a partnership bank account established for all expenses incurred - presently this has a reserve balance, Formal accounts are prepared each year, copies of which are available to perspective purchasers on request.
