An intelligent extractor fan with humidity tracker has been professionally installed for condensation reduction. KITCHEN: includes a gas oven, new John Lewis kitchen bench and cupboards.
WET ROOM: tiled wet room with cassette style toilet and hot water shower with efficient pump that pumps out excess water.
HOT WATER SYSTEM: both shower and hot water in kitchen are powered by LPG propane boiler fed by a 9kg propane bottle. Two gas bottles provided Length – 50ft
