All 12 volt systemTwin Mercruiser 454 engines with 350 HPØ ~700 hours each total (hour meters) no issues and velvet drive transmissions -- both perform excellently -- need oil changeØ Props are good condition and straight, shafts struts ok and runs smooth up thru 3400 RPM· Oil changing equipment built into both engines· · Boat will cruise at 16 -- 20 knots at 2,000 to 2,500 RPM and will run at over 30 knots at 3,200 RPMØ Trim tabs work great· Both engine alternators both rebuilt in 2014 and no hours since· Fresh water cooling -- both systems had been cleaned completely and only ~20 hours since. No raw water cooling thru exhaust issues and mufflers can be seen under aft stateroom bunks· Two 250 gal fuel tanks -- gas· Fresh water 150 gal, waste 150 gal· 7 KW Kohler electric plant/generatorØ will run entire boat as designed including three (3) air conditioners/heatersØ Has starting/shutdown control in salon and engine room· New 30 amp shore-power cord and thru hull fitting with auto shut down if power issue· Air conditioning/heating units (3) work but need servicing and coolant redone· GPS system with touch screen full feature chart plotter control of all systems that are connected· Hull full fiberglass all hand laid up including keels (no wood). Engine bunks are wood and pilot house is wood with fiberglass roofØ Prior was open deck aft of pilot area with canvas/plastic enclosure and railingØ All wipers and other controls for accessories work -- air compressor for horn, wiper washers, etc.Ø Remote anchor and windlass is functionalØ Center front windshield opens outward with lock and many side windows open as well· Has two (2) stateroomsØ Forward Vee-birth and hard door closure with adjacent 2nd head (no shower)Ø Aft main stateroom has twin bunks with one full size and other twin and full head in stateroom with showerØ Both heads work fine and plumbed to holding tank· Main salon over engines has sofa hida-bed so with two staterooms boat will handle 6Ø New carpet, wall covering and drapes in 2014· New items on house roof -- horn and remote control spot light· Water system has port and starboard deck connection for shore water and tank and pressure system work fine· Gray and black water system including pump out is functional but needs a new diverter valve installed (bought and is on boat)· Galley is all electricØ Stove/oven work fineØ New stainless steel front 120 volt refer -- needs to be secured to floor/bulkhead· Lots of accessories -- fenders, lines, spare anchor, new parts and etc.
