Endeavour 24 foot sailing boat - No reserve as ready for new home promptly
Dry interior - windows a little leaky but nothing a squidge of sikaflex will not attend to or if new owner decides to fix new perspexWorking bilgeHas been used as a mooring minder for past few years and will need some attention to become sailable again but an achievable task I should think if bought cheaplyIncluded Evinrude 3.3hp outboard, unsure if running but looks in good nick - not rustedBoat has an outboard well in the cockpitSound seaworthy hullNo shell on hull as has had regular diver who informs me she is in need of an antifoulingRego until mid 2017Lewmar and Barlow winches and handles onboardAnchor and chain, some lifejackets and fire extinguishers etc but would not think they are in safety checkWill need sails - second hand through classifides for similar sized yacht should be a simple search I can assist with delivery of the boat within Sydney Harbour as have a friend with a tow-capable runabout
It is important that the successful bidder has a ready-to-go mooring or transport arranged as I need to vacate the mooring hastily, ideally within week of bidding's end
