NO RESERVE, NO RESERVE, NO RESERVE This Sea Ray Sundancer runs great and appears to be considerably nicer than average. She is owned by a long time customer of ours who has purchased two other boats from us in the past. The owner stated to me that in 2011, he had the engines overheauled including new risers, manifolds, intakes, oil pans, stuffing boxes, shafts, cutlass bearings, and more. Her gelcoat and upholstery look well above average/ typical for a vessel of this age and deal. This Sundancer does have air conditioning (working). It does not have a generator. I seriously doubt that anyone could find a nicer Sundancer 340 than this one for under $20,000. The Sea Ray appears to be in above average condition for its age. The Mercs appear to run excellent and the primary operating systems appear to be in working order. There is an enclosure that goes between the hardtop and the windshield. It is in serviceable condition. The bottom paint was rewewed in January. The engine room is clean for her age, but not new or impreccable. The fluids all appear normal. Please understand that while this yacht looks very nice for its age, it is not, however, a brand new yacht. We have no reason to believe that the buyer will need to invest in significant upgrades or repairs like a distressed vessel would require, however, the buyer should expect to perform normal maintenance (which even goes for a 2 year old vessel) with this type of vessel and alterations/ repairs based upon a surveyors recommendations. Please also keep in mind that a surveyor’s job is to find all the deficiencies that he can on a vessel. Any survey will be for the buyer’s benefit and will not constitute a price reduction based on findings. This is a customer's vessel. It is not my vessel and I do not have extensive knowledge of it. This is a bargain buying opportunity due to our customer's need to sell it quickly. Please do not expect me or my company to guarantee anything whatsoever. Bid accordingly. Please understand that I have done my best to represent the vessel as I notice it to be. Neither I, Aqueous, nor any other agents express or imply any guarantees or warranties whatsoever about this vessel (or any vessel). The description and photos do not represent any guarantees about the condition of the vessel or accuracy of any information. It is up to the buyer to inspect the vessel prior to making a purchase. Buyers are welcome to hire a professional to inspect or survey the vessel prior to the closing. Florida residents or anyone wishing to keep this Sea Ray in the State of Florida will be required to pay the state sales tax of 6%. Keep the saying in mind on this one: "The yacht that you found today and will consider tomorrow is the same yacht that the other guy found yesterday and is considering today".
