Fenders & other extras available..........Great Cruising Yacht with Pop-top !!...........plenty of extras.........the outboard is not included..........I have another outboard.........it's available, but need to discuss !!..........Slipping to Antifoul is due !!!...with a tidy up also due.
...The Mooring Apparatus (worth ~$100s) IS available , as I'm buying a larger Yacht in Sydney....& no longer need mooring at Belmont !!......I've contacted RMS and have spoken to someone who has indicated the new owner could be able to take this mooring site ( but needs to check with RMS Office)!!....the location is just south of the Fantastic Lake Macquarie Yacht Club ( a Friendly Club !!!) by about 100metres.....a real POSITIVE......Please contact Tony on 0414 977519 to discuss............or if you have any questions !!...........PLEASE NOTE: listed elsewhere to SELL, so could be withdrawn from Ebay......a Great price...............bought something else !!!..........so the Cole 23 has to GO !!
