Although we inspect all the boats we buy, all boats are sold “as is where is”. A WRM condition report is available for all boats sold by us on EBay. (Email us at for a copy.) This report indicates the condition of the boat when we bought it. Please understand we do not guarantee or warranty the boat, motor or trailer in any way. We encourage you to thoroughly inspect the boat or hire a surveyor prior to your acceptance. 3. The sale of the boat is subject to your personal inspection. If you don’t like what you see we will give you your deposit back. If you can’t make it here you may hire a certified surveyor to inspect the boat on your behalf. You may also hire a certified mechanic to do the same. Any surveyor or mechanic must be approved by WRM, Inc prior to inspection.4. If you need help finding a surveyor check out the following site for a list of surveyors certified by the Society of Accredited Marine Surveyors SAMS - 5. Although it is not a condition of the sale a sea trial can be arranged for a fee.6. Inspection, final payment and pickup must be made within 7 days of the auction close. Final payment must be made in certified funds. We are typically open Monday through Friday from 9:00 to 5:00.7. All sales are FOB our store in Chester, Maryland. We can arrange both domestic and overseas shipping for you. Please ask us for a quote. Please note the boat must be paid for in full prior to leaving our facility.8. Due to the fact that we are also selling our boats at our store in Maryland we reserve the right to end our EBay boat auctions at any time.9.
