This auction is for my 22ft Sailing boat with cabin, fixed fin keel and circa 1975 - 80 i believe. There is no identification that i can find to date but i would guess it was built by Ridgeway Marine but cannot be sure. It has been used at its present location and on Loch Lomand at some point. Current location is in Rutland on a fresh water lake. This boat has been stood for about a year, last sailed in 2015, some of the rigging was replaced in 2015 and is complete with sails. The hull is in good overall condition but has a small dent on the leading edge of the keel and fixed badly, needs sorting and refilling. Does not effect anything being a steel keel but needs sorting. The inside of the cabin is complete with all seating and original but no cooker or sink fitted but locations for them present. All navigation lights fitted and depth gauges, will require electrics testing and maybe a rewire. The rudder is brand new at a cost of £600.00. There is also a Porta Potti, a large box of ropes and depth system (not tested). Red dingy pictured is included, no oars. Its currently being cleaned on the outside and does scrub up well, a great boat for the first time sailor as very stable and easy to manouvre. The wood handles and some capping's have been removed for varnishing, all come with the boat but may or may not be fitted. The last 2x pictures show the boats first wash today, needs more but comes up nice. The trailer pictures is a very large twin axle heavy duty galvanised trailer with light board extensions. All in good overall condition. The jockey wheel is either broken or just loose but won't work and needs investigation. All tyres are good tread and inflated also with a spare. A very expensive trailer and would take upto at least a 25ft boat. Any questions please ask, parking is paid until March 2017 and currently out of the water and sat on its trailer, photos taken in last few days. The yacht club has all facilities needed and is a very nice place to sail. I would do a deal for just the boat if needed, the trailer is not for sale without the boat. PLEASE NOTE: The boat is lying in Rutland, not as shown above so collection from LE15 8 or keep it in the cruiser park (Subject to membership of the club)No Timewasters please, bid to buy and collect. A 10% Deposit is needed within 24hrs of auction ending or full payment.
