This boat has been described as a family cruiser with the ability to cross oceans. Hull design has sacrificed some speed and windward angle for comfort and safety. It has a fixed shoal keel -perfect for exploring reefs and beaches. All four sails are in good condition no rips tears or thin spots. One sail is a little , dirty . I've been told with use, the direct sunlight and sea spray will whiten it . I'm regretfully selling my boat,  as have moved to a location with no available boat moorings.So, the mooring is also available, buyer chooses if they want mooring included for free with the sale. (Mooring fees are paid to RMS at $120 per year). Boat is currently moored in a very sheltered bay near Gwandalan .
