Restoration includes: Reinforced decks by previous owner VERY SOLID New cockpit floor supports and repaired, sanded, bleached teak cockpit floor VERY SOLID Repaired bench seats, sanded, stained and varnished VERY SOLID Sanded, stained and varnished coaming with 5 coats epifanes varnish  VERY SOLID  Repaired, sanded, stained front of cabin and companionway doors Sanded and painted/varnished inside of cabin Hull above waterline, stripped of all paint, sanded, faired, sanded, faired again, primed and painted with 4 coats of Epifanes 2 part polyurethane paint Bottom sanded, painted with 3 plus coats Pettit Vivid paint Mast, boom, all lines and rigging in very good condition New Bilge pump and battery Wiring checked and repaired where needed.
