1950s Banhams Broads sailing cruiser. The vessel is in good structural and cosmetic condition. She comes with roller reefing jib and mainsail, both of which are in nice clean condition. I was told by the previous owner that the sails are from a Broads White boat. She's a lovely little boat to sail but unfortunately I've only managed to use her twice all year, thus the reason for sale. The boat needs work, mainly in the cabin and cockpit. The cabin needs to be revarnished as does the cockpit. She has no soft furnishings, otherwise the cabin is complete. The previous owner like myself only used the boat as a day sailer! There is a toilet compartment in the front of the cabin and two berths. The canvas sides on the lifting roof also need to be replaced. For these reasons she is listed as a project but is fine to use as is, if you so wish. Fenders, lines, 2hp Force outboard, boat hook, mud weight, covers are included in the sale. Mast, spars, blocks, and hull were all revarnished earlier this year and all remain in good order. To sum up, you'll be purchasing a very pretty structurally sound usable boat. With a little work on the interior she will make a lovely little weekender. The boat is currently in Loddon, Norfolk at Greenway Marine if you wish to view. The mast, spars, sails, engine, etc are stored in my industrial unit in Halesworth, Suffolk and can be viewed by appointment. I have the vessel's registration documents. It will be the purchaser's responsibility to either remove the vessel from its current location or make arrangements with the boat yard owner to continue to keep her there. Prefer cash but will accept Paypal.Happy bidding
