1969 45ft ex crabber, built in Bidiford Devon . For sale due to new boat We bought Baltic some 8 years ago Dartmouth and it was fitted with renewed Cyclinder Heads and had a new heat exchanger. Its had a new bottom unnecessarily fitted 4 meters from the bow. Had been converted to a liveaboard prior to this, it had a shower room we removed but has all the fitting still in place ready to be put back back. She has a spacious wheel house with a galley to stern and seating area.
The wheelhouse floor gives access to the engine room that houses a 6 Cylinder Gardiner with fuel tank and a back cabin.
Forward of the deck gives access to the front cabin with 2 generous single cabins and a living area. She was used for an office for our ferry company we always intended to do her up properly but our business grew and we never got around to it. We have built a new house boat to go on the mooring so she Must Leave Bristol ASAP. She is being sold WITHOUT the mooring and it is near impossible to get one in Bristol so please be aware she would need to leave the harbour. She needs a very small amount of work to get back to sea. Engine: 6 cyclinder Gardiner 6LX
