Wonderful family cruiser. Pipsqueak has taken our family up and down the coasts of Devon and Cornwall and across to the Scillies. Great sea-keeping but with her self tacking jib she is easy to sail singlehanded. We have owned her since she was 2 years old and she is well maintained. Surprisingly spacious for her length, she has a large double bunk under the cockpit as well as two settee bunks in the saloon. Stainless sink, 100 l. flexible water tank (new 2016) two burner gas cooker (new 2015), ceramic sea toilet in separate heads, internal electrics and navigation lights, cockpit compass, depth and speed 'Tridata', tillerpilot, vhf radio, mainsail and furling jib plus reaching/cruising shute. Standing rigging replaced 8 years ago and running rigging replaced as needed. 9.8 Tohatsu outboard in cockpit well with remote control. Engine professionally serviced annually.Pipsqueak is at present ashore - Salcombe. Do contact us to arrange viewing.
