I am selling a Corribee Mark I, 21ft, sailing boat. She has been my project for the last year, but I am now moving to France and sadly she must be sold. She is ready to be sailed but there are a few jobs that could be done, (mainly the electronics), to really finish her off but nothing extensive, I have completed a lot of the extensive labour to restore her to her great and pretty condition this year. I need a quick sale as I am leaving for France asap. No time wasters and viewings welcome. Based on a Penryn/Falmouth area half dry mooring - Trevissome House Marine. Outboard - Suzuki 4hp, very reliable. Original Sails - Used condition, main sail, genoa (new UV strip needed). Could do with a clean but reasonable condition otherwise for the age. Brand new Halyards.Brand new Running rigging and Sheet lines. Last year had new Stainless steel safety rails, bow and stern. New marine plywood cabin doors. This season had a new white topcoat layer, new azure blue hull paint, 1 month old anti-foul. New carpet insulation on interior hull. Wood trimming has been varnished and stained this season but it is original and some repair work is needed. Windows are sealed but are old and visibility isn't ideal, so the perspex could do with replacing if wanted. Brand new bespoke, Marine carpenter fitted wooden combings, 18mm marine plywood. Classic features of Corribee Mark I. Camping stove. Sealed bucket toilet. Brand new interior cushion upholstery.Newly fitted safety flooring.V-berths - double berth or two single berths. Two quarter births. Leisure battery (not tested). Bilge Pump.10 ft dingy thrown in as tender.Four fenders. 2.5ft draft, fin keel. Needed to be done: Depth sounder CompassElectrical wiring.
