32ft RLM Entice project boat - Princess looking

We are clearing the yard for the winter and selling of all our abandoned project boats of which this RLM Entice is one of them.This boat has been ashore for 5 years now and needs a new loving owner who is prepared to spend time and money cleaning her and bringing her back to a useable state. The boat comes as seen and nothing is guaranteed on her. There are two engines I assume petrol and probably siezed but I can't lift the hatch! One leg has popellers but the other does not. The engines have not been run for as long as I can remember as the boat was used for several years as a floating caravan. The cabin superstructure is made of timber and some of it has rotten and will need new bits put in. I would then recomend maybe fibre glassing ovet the entire superstructure to seal it all.
