Sail no.17 Fantastic, lively little boat and a perfect transition from dinghy sailing to keelboat sailing. 17ft long, sleeps 3 comfortably and can also be sailed perfectly well single-handed. Has a fin keel with a 1.14m draught. Easily towed by a family car and is ideal for a spending a weekend on board.   We've worked on the boat since last August and have renovated all aspects, including a complete repaint of the hull with International boat paint as well as the deck and cockpit with grey International nonslip and the interior. All timber (including the rudder/tiller) has been rubbed down and stained and varnished with Ronseal Yacht Varnish.   We've installed all-new electrics with LED cabin lights, a compass with  light and an automatic bilge pump. The wiring is there for masthead lights if desired. We'll supply you with two large batteries. The cabin has been furnished with completely new ply-backed upholstery and removable carpeting in the companionway.   The trailer was bespoke for the boat and we have added brand new bearings, a brand new jockey wheel and a brand new tow hitch. The trailer has also been painted and has a good set of tyres. Other extras included are a danforth anchor with chain and warp, x4 new fenders, a complete suite of clean sails including a good storm sail.(the jib is only a couple of years old), a compass, and mostly Holt-Allen fittings throughout. Also included in the sale is a 3.5hp Yamaha outboard engine which needs the carburettor setting up. Has been running and is not seized and is in tidy condition.
