Hi this is my narrow boat that I have made a comfortable home for the last 15 years only selling because decided to buy a house . It is moored on a very nice mooring 8 miles from Nottingham paid for till end of March . It has a boat safety till August 2019 . It has a reconditioned BMC 1500 engine runs like a dream fitted two years ago and new windows fitted at the same time . There is a new multi fuelled stove fitted in October this year at the same time it was out the water blacked and new anodes all sound underneath . On the roof is a 330 wat solar panel set up lots of power from that ! There is a shower and toilet room hot water is on tap . Full size cooker 3 new battery's last year all the lighting is LED . There is a nice 3 STR sofa 22 ,, TV ! It's ready to move straight on or for boating holidays .
