NO RESERVE, I HAVE A LARGER BOAT ON ITS WAY!! WINNER TAKES BOAT AND 2007 DUAL AXLE TRAILER.. I have a good condition 1982 25 foot Robalo for sale with trailer. If you are not familiar with these older model Robalo AMF's then please google them. They were built like tanks!! Hand Laid glass and oak stringers. I run 30 miles offshore quite often and this boat takes it when most other boats are turning back. I wanted this boat only because of it's build quality. Do a search and you will see. She has hydraulic steering, trim tabs, large insulated fish boxes and pen down rigger It has 1995 twin 150 envinrude ocean pros. Both were rebuilt in 07. I came in from a long offshore trip the other day and when I hit the breakers the port one started rattling. I babied her in. She begins to rattle at 2500 rpm. My mechanic checked the plugs and didn't see anything suspicious but thinks it's an eternal thing. Most likely a bearing. She fires right up and runs smooth but begins to make a rattling sound at 2500 rpm. I have not had him pull the boat or do anything else with the engine since. Starboard engine purrs like a kitten. I have stayed up on all maintenance with them. Had all 12 Carbs professionally rebuilt in March (over a $1000 including parts. Thermostats, water pumps, relays, plugs and filters also done ( over a $1000). New Fuel gauge and sending unit. She holds 120 Gallons. Stainless steel props were re pitched and new hubbs installed. New Throttle Cables installed ($400). Engine Cowls professionally painted ($450). Trim tab actuators were also replaced. Bright work all professionally done. Had the teak stripped down and 2 coats of west system epoxy put on then followed by 6 coats of silken cetol. Had a custom Plexiglas windshield made as well($500) Had all custom cushions made from a place in Newport RI and sent down to me. This includes a sun bathing cushion in the front for the wife and kids, a bench seat cushion and backrest and leaning post cushion ( over $1500). Also had a new canvas put on t-top ($300) New electronics were also put in this year. Garmin 547 xs with Go to Chip ($975). Standard Horizon Explorer Radio Gps gx 1700 w new attenea and hardware ($350). These are just the items that I can think of in the last 10 months. I have kept an open check book on the boat. As you can see I have spent way more than I will ever get back. I also have a 2007 Dual axle trailer for the boat that I will include. The only reason I am selling is because I have a bigger boat on the way. I am figuring the Port engine Power head may be a complete loss and therefore pricing it extremely cheap for a quick sale. If the port engine was running like it did up till last week I would not take a penny less than 15 grand. Boat is in the water and can be viewed or test driven to qualified parties. Title in hand for both boat and trailer |
