I have a genuine reason for sale and have advertised this at an incredible bargain price. I have spent $220k on this boat restoring her. Its now finished and I need to sell.Circa 1940's Motor Cruiser, the Juney "B". This spotted gum hull with Douglas Fir decking was built originally as a Navy Pilot boat at Cockatoo boats yards. She underwent a conversion to a fishing trawler around the mid 50's operating out of Eden for many years. I have over the past 15 years replaced almost the entire decking, replaced the trunk cabin, installed new bulwarks and handrails. She has new interiors, helm, rewired etc. I installed a 7 litre Volvo Penta turbo coupled to a Twin Disc gearbox only completed around 500 hours. She comes with a full survey, has just been antifouled etc.
She is 42 feet length, beam is 13'6", with a draught of just under 5'. A cruising speed of around 8 knots with the hugely powerful and reliable engine ticking over at 1800 rpm. I have spent over $220,000 on her on top quality work by renown shipwrights and mechanics.
