Vessel took on water, reported to have entered through the rudder seals and shaft cutlass bearings. Hull is in fair condition for age with chalky gelcoat. Overall hull and bottom appeared in condition and appears solid for age. Hull bottom had no blisters and appeared to be in serviceable condition. Water lines indicate water rose approximately 1’ above cabin floor. Cabin showed average stress for age in deck and cabin house. Upper cockpit appears good condition but no equipment tested. The aft seating is clean with teak trimmed doors. Aft plexiglas surround good condition. All wiring should be considered suspect. Not all equipment could be tested as no power to vessel at time of inspection. Other: AC: Marine Air, not tested, condition unknown. Parquet sole has soft spots and a rotten hole at base of stairs. Stairs have sunken into flooring. Stairs, soft spots and hole require care when entering galley. Interior with salon, wood trim, convertible dinette, two staterooms fore and aft with heads and two heads. Wood trim and parquet flooring show water damage. Headliner and walls are water stained from leaks in port windows and hatch. Carpet in poor condition, stained.
