This pontoon boat is lake ready.  The motor was last serviced on 3/7/2015, and runs great.  The vinyl on the benches have dry rot (the vinyl on the back bench is torn) from sitting in the sun and will need to be replaced if you intend on using the boat for leisure and have women on board…I mostly used it for fishing.  The driver’s seat is new, as well as the two seats on the front of the boat.  The boat has a brand new Lowrance fish finder already installed.  The trailer is also included with the boat.  The tires on the trailer are good, and I also have a spare tire that is ready for use that I will include with the boat.  I cracked one of the guide boards on the trailer when pulling the boat out of the lake on a windy day.  I have a replacement board (already carpeted) that I will include with the boat.  The boat is being kept right off of Lake Conroe.  I have all of the titles and will hand-over upon purchase.
