An intelligent extractor fan with humidity trackrrier has been professionally installed for condensation reduction. Efficient Wood Burner. KITCHEN: includes gas oven and new refit. WET ROOM: newly tiled wet room with cassette style toilet and hot water shower with efficient pump that pumps out excess water. HOT WATER SYSTEM: both shower and hot water in kitchen are powered by LPG propane boiler fed by a 9kg propane bottle.
