24ft Ex Pilot/Estuary Boat"Keto" (Goddess of sea monsters). Built in 1985 by Barry Keal of Sleaford - please see photos.- Aluminium V hull and fibreglass clad marine ply top. Shaft drive. Fitted with inboard Perkins P3 Engine in working order. Borg Warner Velvet Drive gearbox.- Above waterline needs some TLC and paint job - the interior is currently set up as office/studio but still has the bunk fittings/sink and water tanks. - Saloon with 3 work benches. Solid wood lining throughout.- Currently open plan through to bathroom, but still have door which can be refitted. Ceramic tiles to bathroom surfaces. Portapotti. 2 12v striplights.- Walnut veneer ply to interior cabin top. Lots of storage space. - Cruiser stern and separate wheelhouse.- Internal dimensions from stern to bow: Cruiser stern 4' 7", galley/saloon 8' 4" x 8' 6" wide beam.- Windlass, river anchor and chain, mud weight, stern, centre and bow ropes, 2 x mooring pins.- Spotlight and navigation lightsHydraulic steering needs some attention.Brand new electrics/catalytic converter/bilge pumps fitted in 2013.Last out of the water in 2012 and twin coated.
