1993 28' Winner Seacruiser 280 cabin cruiser with trailer. The vessel has been maintained with oil changes twice each year. The engine was replaced in 2010 and outdrive was replaced in 2012. Fuel consumption is approximately 10 GHP and has a Stainless steel prop. Just replaced the starter and one of the power trim tab. There is a couple of things wrong with the boat one of the arms on the front rail is broke and theres a small soft spot on the swim deck. Theres a small piece of wood underneath that can be replaced to make it more sturdy but other then that the boat is water ready and ready to go.
