Professionally built in Fremantle in 1982 no expense spared. This beautiful yacht has been around the world, by the previous owners (receipts etc to prove). Last on the slipway April 2016 for antifoul, anodes, new prop shaft and Stainless steel feathering propeller. Has a Yanmar 30HP diesel which starts easily and runs beautifully. I have recently had all the cushions and matresses and floor coverings renewed. Comes with 1 Mainsail 2 Genoa, 1 Yankee, 1Trysail, 1 Stormsail all in good condition. New boombags and Lazyjacks, boom tent. 75 metre 10mm chain 45 lb CQR anchor fwd, aft anchor is a Danforth say about 30 lbs, spare anchor is admiralty type. Two VHF radios, Sounder, Handheld Garmin GPS, LCD TV and Topfield recorder.This is a perfect live aboard and sail wherever you want to go boat. Has all the safety gear. Electric toilet, shower, two burner cooktop, grill and oven (gas) Holding tanks for Black and grey water. 3 Stainless steel water tanks hold up to 500 litre 1 Stainless steel diesel tank which holds 190 litre. 60l fridge freezer. Loads of storage space, sleeps 4, 2 in double bed and 2 in foldout double bed, 1 on the couch, (at a pinch). 3 solar panels which supply adequate power, AGM house battery's, seperate Lead acid start battery. NSW rego but currently anchored in Southport. 8' aluminium tender with 2hp Yamaha. I am reluctantly selling due to medical reasons. Feel free to ask any questions, there is just too much to list. Serious buyers only please. Or will trade for a similar length power cruiser with cash difference if necessary As stated boat is currently at Southport and buyer will need to pickup from there.
