Just a little info it's a 1983 Catalina 25 fixed keel pop top. comes with main sail and genoa 25%. I can throw in an additional main sail and jib. Had all the standing rigging replaced two years ago. New main sheet , gooseneck and boom vang .Has a Harken roller furling. I have a solar panel to charge the batteries. I just bought a brand new electric start 9.9 tohatsu motor valued at 3000.00 new it has a transferable 4 year warranty. motor was used for one short season has been winterized and in immaculate condition. The boat is on the hard at the Morris beach and yacht club on city island Bronx NY. I can include 250 lb mushroom mooring in the deal if kept local. I have owned the boat for two years and it is a great sailing boat . The reason for selling is i just purchased a house and can't afford to keep it anymore. This is a deal of a life time good luck.
