1987 13' boston whaler project boat. comes with a trailer in excellent condition. boat is very solid but needs a paint job and wood reinstalled. all wood components and steering wheel is included. I do not have a title. RI and many other states do not require a title for under 14ft boats. I can provide a current registration and a bill of sale.
