The title is free and clear and will be conveyed directly from the owner to you.I am fl 52 marine and listing this on eBay for the owner I personally have looked at the boat, ran the engines took the video and described the boats condition.THIS BOAT NEEDS TO BE MOVED FROM THE SLIP VERY SOON,IT STARTS EASILY,SHIFTS EASILY, THE BOTTOM IS CLEAN AND HAS HAD REGULAR CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE. THERE IS CLACKING AND CLICKING IN BOTH ENGINES WHEN FIRST STARTED THAT QUIET DOWN SHORTLY AFTER STARTING (THE OIL PRESSURE ABOUT 80 LBS BOTH ENGINES.)
