Now the good news1 well known aust build production yachts  2 100% solid fiberglass grp hull nice build3 100% solid fiberglass cockpit & cabin deck4 very tidy & dry tight & strong very little use  5 Volvo diesel re built 2013 starts instantly 6 New standing rigging 2013 wow that nice 7 New stern gland new water tank,pump 20138 can sleep 5 also enclosed toilet area too9 standing head room in cabin of yacht 10 fuel tank and lines chemically cleaned 201311 New fount hatch & steering compass 201312 New wind indicator new cabin leds 201413 New seacock and self tailing winches 201414 very fancy deck flush pop up cleats wow!15 furler and 5 great sails too main on boom 16 new big screen gps chat plotter wow!17 ice box / fridge vhf cd player led lights 18 engine manual & furling manual for genoa19 quality harken fittings and blocks & cars 20 cabin table goes down to make a bunks21 No Reserve!!!!! yippee sound good to me Re diesel note As i am sure you have read the Volvo diesel in this yacht was rebuilt in 2013 for this reason by touching the key she leaps to life effortlessly !though in my mind I wasn't happy with how much water she was pumping so I shut her down before she could even think of getting warm I am guessing that there could be some weed in the seacock which can be fixed by closing seacock and re moving hose or by changing impella which I have spares onboard also to re fit fan belt also new i am not a marine mechanic though if I had the tools with me would of had a goif you are a little handy you can do this some would use her as she is but why possibly damage engine just rebuilt engine ??if you get her slipped & antifouled good time to do engine service though some of you sailors out there can do it all I am sure !!!also the engines is Volvo green and could do with a paint touch up  more from me i have sailed many Holland 25s they are known for there roomy cabin and big boat feel for only a 25 footer !! because of there beam they race and cruise well very popular Australian built yachts this one is very impressive close to new down below she looks to have done very little work in her time with many nice big $$$$$$$$ upgradesshe is the best Holland 25 I can find on the market and the best I have seen in my time of sailing I know she will be great buying on ebay beat the market by cheap on ebay!!
