One of the last and best Lacco boats to be built by Alex in Rye - 1960. Seagull is in fantastic condition and recently slipped for her annual maintenance.  She has had several refurbishments over her 56 year history. Originally built in survey as a charter fishing boat out of Portarlington on Port Phillip Bay. The mast and rig have been removed and a practical size cabin with two bunk beds fitted in 1985 gives maximum cockpit space for entertaining and comfort. Seagull has been owned by the Sutcliffe family for over 30 years and has lived most of her life at Portsea on Port Phillip Bay. Seagull would impress from the estuaries of Noosa Heads, Pittwater and Sydney Harbour or all the way back where she began at Portsea on Port Phillip Bay.
Seagull is one of the best and prettiest 25 ft Lacco Couta boats around today, for those in the know and looking for an historical, traditional, classic wooden Couta Boat you won’t find a better example than Seagull.
Realistically Priced $45,000 ono
A mooring in St Kilda is also available if needed.
