Really nice boat, but needs a little work. The boat was winterized in 2010 and hasn't been used since. Tarps were damaged during winter storage and exposed the boat to the elements for several months. And got the inside of the boat wet. The caulking around the topside windows and at the railing connections needs refreshing. Most of the boat has been cleaned back up, but the bathroom and engine compartment have not yet been touched (see pictures).  The boat does not have a cover and is stored outside. Please note that pics were taken 5-6 weeks ago before the leaves dropped so the cockpit area is not as clean as in the pics at the moment. The boat is powered by a 225hp Volvo Pentax with the 290 series outdrive. The motor always ran great and never required any major work. I have verified that the motor still turns over as of (11/15/2016). The lower unit was rebuilt and sealed in 2007 or 2008. It was in good working order when stored in 2010. Much of the electric/electronic components were professionally replaced after a power surge from a bad shore power station in 2007. So these are not new but definitely lightly used: dash gauges, battery charger, heat/AC, starter, stereo, a couple bilge pumps, GPS, compass, remote spot light, maybe a few others I'm forgetting. There is a new fish finder/depth sounder that is not installed but will go with the boat. Some features of the boat include sleeping space for 4-6 adults, central heat and AC, fridge, stove, stereo, remote spotlight, gps, ship to shore radio, battery charger, shore power cord, some life jackets, some dock lines, an anchor, an extra large holding tank for the head, and a really comfy custom mattress for the main aft cabin sleeping area. The boat is on an aluminum I-beam trailer with full size spare tire that was bought new in 2006. Pulls great, but I would recommend at least a 3/4 ton pick-up to pull it. The light harness was recently chewed by my dogs. I have the replacement, but you will have to install it. This is a Great Lakes worthy vessel, and can be used as already set up for fishing or family cruising. Boat is being sold as is. Happy to share any details about the boat with you ( we have owned it for about 10 years, and know a little of the previous history).
