Steel Roberts offshore centre cockpit ketch launched 1984Recent antifoul June 2016 which is when these photos were taken. New stainless standing rigging 8 years ago, running rigging in good condition and always stored below deck when not in use. Sails flaked and stored below deck in bags when not in use. The boat has been well maintained and cared for by its 1 owner from new. Engine was rebuilt 10 years ago and has only been used really to get in and out of the marina. Has all safety gear on board such as flares, life jackets and epirb. All in date. This first picture is when the boat was sandblasted and repainted 8 years ago. The rest are current and show new antifoul and anodes checked. Top sides could do with a repaint as they are a bit faded. Reason for sale is due to lack of time to use the boat. The boat has not had a lot of use for the last 4 years. I bought it from the original owner with the intent to sail it up to Brisbane. Ive had her for 7 months and will not have the time to do this due to work commitments. I would prefer to see her go to someone who can use her as intended. My dream as a live aboard cruiser will have to wait a few more years. The boat has had a full survey 3 months ago and is available for viewing. Engine is 22hp v twin Perkins and pushes the boat along at 5 knots easily. Fuel tank is 150 litres. Water is stored in 2 90 litre bladders with manual pumps for sinks. Sounder and speed logger all in working order as are Nav lights and radios. Vessel can be sailed away, all that's required is to add a tender and a life raft. I have a brand new boxes raymarine plotter with c maps to go with her as well as a Smev 6000 stainless oven to replace the old one shown in the picture.
