This is a canal boat/ live aboard boat just been renovated my a friend of mine! It's been done to a very high spec and to a great finish its 33ft long 7ft 4 inches wide It has a dining table with 4 chairs all which fold away Safety certificates for gas and safety certificates for broard a authority (these are needed for insurance purposes etc) A cooker with 2 gas rings single oven and grill Fridge which is battery 12v Electrical blow air heating Led lighting throughout Cassette toilet +shower Hot and cold water 2x leisure batteries Solar panels on the top The engine is a reconditioned Volvo penta 70hp runs sweet as a nut It's 2/4 berth two singles up front or change to one double Hand operated anchor winch on front This boat is extremely spacious and could easily be lived in Double glazed Windows Tons of storage space The boat is 1920s steel and riveted and started life as a commercial barge, It really needs to be seen to be appreciated the price is £15000 Ono I am selling on behalf of a friend so any questions please ask or call if I don't have the answer I will ask him The boat is currently moored in oulton broard Suffolk and the mooring could be kept or boat could easily be moved 07917131023
