I bough the yacht year ago & i was have no time to do it up and cost me $9500 & on the market is going for $ 12 K ! mooring @ Botany Bay yacht club & yacht need work , need to take out on hardstand and clean and paint under water line & same time change the Yanmar diesel, i have & can supply,160 hrs down inboard Yamaha diesel 14 HP with hydraulic gear box together & the 20 Lt marine paint come with the yacht, all sail is OK but need re rigging and price is open for offer over $4500dollar interior good and room with toilet and also center driven , excellent project to person can do the work than self ! the mooring club there have hardstand facility to paint under water line and overhead winch to replace the motor ! the 27 Columbia full fiberglass in & out and all this model same design in & out ! the vessel is registered # NB618N ! we need to sale as ASAP & the asking price is very cheap 4.5 K or best offer !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
