1977 Catalina 22 sailboat

1977 Catalina 22 sailboat.Fin keel version: has the most ballast, and goes to weather well. No trailer.  Popular sailboat model.Has been sailed recently but various issues need attention -Forestay has cut/barbed wires and needs to be replaced-Outboard won't start, probably gas line issue.  Was run recently but needs attention.-Keel bolts are corroded.  Catalina direct sells a $300 keel bolt kit- extra studs are drilled and tapped.-Bilge pump not opperational -Overall decent condition but could use a restoration.  Fiberglass has hairline cracks etc.Comes with-Low emmision 4hp Tohatsu four-stroke outboard -Fishing pole mount-Recently installed 25W VHF radio-2 deep cycle batteries, one is a month old -2 35W solar panels-Safety equipment including electronic "flare" SOS kit-1 Danforth anchor set up-3 jibs and one main in fair condition -boat hooks -compass-Title and registered through 2017Slip is paid through December.  Should be transferable with successful application.Photo notes: wood strip will be replaced over entrance before sale.Board not included.
