The integrity of the hull is in very good condition and has had ultrasonic testing to be above 7mm in all areas. She has been out of the water three times since then and the hull is in very good order. Heating. The heating is powered by a ebersbacher hydronic 10 which heats 11 radiators throughout the boat, it also has a califier installed which has not been commissioned, which is dual functions on electrics as well. All have recently fitted to a professional standard. Electricity. Major restoration works included a full refit of the electrical system which has been upgraded to a professional standard with full boat safety accreditation. The power works off mains while on shore and the 240 is powered through a inverter from the batteries while offshore which is tested and works well . Mechanics The engine is a kromhalt 5 cyclinder108hp, built in 1963, it has recently been services and used over the summers and performed perfectly with no issues. It has lots of power and sits at 4/6 knots easily. The vessel is compliant within the boat safety scheme and I drained all the tanks, cleaned them and reinstalled all of them. The bow thrusters are very effective and work off of the domestic batteries, which have been recently professionally commissioned. Tramp is very easy to sail and has been a great for our family holidays, we now wish to seek a larger vessel, hence putter her up for sale.Tramp is currently moored at Brentford Dock Marina, a picturesque spot opposite Kew Gardens. The mooring is available for the buyer. This is a non-residential leisure marina, but with an allowance of up to four nights per week on board, so it is very handy as a pied-a-terre mooring for people working around London. The mooring fees are currently £1277.43 per quarter, inclusive of VAT. Viewing is available by appointment Contact Paul Keane 07810553989
