A decent boat with a strong engine is the easiest way to describe this little Falcon. She has been used for mainly pleasure and some fishing trips, but can be used for wakeboarding etc to name just 2 of the possibilities open to her, also she has a favorable fuel consumption rate for the wallet and the environment! Last in Fresh water 2012,  Engine will require a service before use as has not been started in 4 years.
Cabin requires a little TLC.
Overall a great boat and should be brought now to have a terrific spring/summer boat.
