Classic hull design and rebuilt from the stringers up 4 years ago with about 12 hours since . Deck was removed and stringers were cored out. All plywood was removed.  Professionally prepped, the transom and stringers were filled with pourable compound made by Arjay. All of the open cells around stringers were filled with two part closed cell foam that will not absorb water. A new 150 gallon stainless fuel tank was installed.  New plumbing and wiring was done where it ran under deck. Deck was reinstalled. The whole boat was prepped and painted inside and out with linear polyurethane paint. A new leaning post was installed. The ttop was powder coated and reinstalled with new canvas and a storage bag for life jackets. All systems were new including windlass, all wiring, stereo, vhf, bilge pumps, led lights, searchlight, spreader lights, fuse busses, everything.  All new plumbing parts and thru hulls were installed. New rodholders. White powder coated ttop mounted outriggers not rigged or in pics.New rubrail. New batteries and switches and charger. New trim tabs. A new forward cabin door. New Raytheon 12" bottom machine and GPS, ability to add radar. New Lewmar 22# anchor.New Lewmar windlass.Stainless props.Hynautic steering with new lines. The 2001 225 Optis were serviced top to bottom. Belts, filters, pumps, lube, plugs etc...they both run well. Currently a mechanic is slated to install a new trim motor as it is not working. The triplemail axle Float on Trailer just had new axles and wheels and tires installed. $2700 Trailer rebuild 3 months ago.  The boat does need some cosmetics on the interior as the cuddy is unfinished. A toilet is there but the slate is blank for completion. There are also some areas where the final details were not finished. Nothing major.  Gauges are hard to read but can possibly be polished. There are also a few cracks from fill over old rod holder locations and things of that nature. She is a 1984 after all but super solid. The boat rides like a dream and cruises at 47. Great for getting to and from the grounds. The Optis are fairly economical for two strokes and very quiet. There aren't many more of these left. The vessel may be seen in sw Florida, by appointment.  Thanks for viewing.  *eBay is having a glitch of some sort and won't upload pics . I will be happy to email you and will hopefully be able to get them uploaded tonight. 12/12.
