Excellent condition - This boat was only outside for 4 months of each year until 2016. It was stored inside each year from September to May 2006-2016. That makes only 40 months outside!The boat has only been in saltwater since October. Before that she lived in Pennsylvania on a lake. We have the survey from when we bought her. We bottom painted her (4 coats barrier, 3 coats bottom) and have 2 new tires and wheels on the trailer. The cushions are in excellent condition. We also added a few extras.. like winch holders and a Raymarine Tridata (speed/depth/temp) and replaced a few things that needed replaced. There is a main and roller furling. Comes complete - ready to sail! The Tahatsu 6 HP 4 stroke (reg gas) was regularly serviced and has been reliable for us.
