Hi,
I am listing this for my father who bought this in the 80's for us small children (once upon a time) to learn to sail in. He is now aged and unwell and it needs to go.The hull says it is a Heritage (H also on main sail) but there are some sheets of paper showing how to rig her that say Vagabond 12 at the top. Those pics look exactly like the boat in the photos above. While she is an older boat she comes with all her original bits, but she does need a scrub and polish. Tiller handle needs a re varnish. Sails are good with the odd small stain that may clean off (or not). Sheets are good, also two paddles and three battens for the main sail. She is just over 12 foot long in old speak and the mast is 5 meters. Center board is manual. There used to be a wooden board that fitted over where the tiller normally sits so you could fit her with a small outboard. I have no idea where that is, but if it turns up it goes with it. Boat and trailer are sold 'as is and where is'.The best part of the deal is she comes with a galvanised trailer which is only a couple of years old (3 I think, no more than 5), it is also registered till December 2017. It has wheel guards, manual winch and adjustable support-wheel up front. I think he hoped the grand kids would be interested one day so he bought a new trailer and it has never seen the water, so it is in very good condition. Unfortunately no one has time for her and it has been sitting covered up in his driveway. Please only bid if genuinely interested as it is due to my fathers very poor health that it is being sold on. Boat can be viewed in Tarragindi on Brisbane's Southside.
By the way..I don't post to America, no matter what eBay seems to think.
