Hi my name is Leb, thanks for looking at my wide beam boat which is now for saleI'm a professional welder by trade and have loved my boat for the last 6 years. I have owned her from new and maintained her well. If you want to come and take a look get in touch to arrange a viewingI can tell you everything you need to know about life on the canal, which has made me very happy over the past few years!. If I could I'd take the boat with me but unfortunately the canals aren't in Devon!Party Animal:*Cruiser stern style widebeam boat 17.50m (57 ft) hull length 3m (10 ft) beam 0.457m (18 ins) draught forward. 0.660m (24 ins) draught aft (including skeg) All welded mild steel construction by Collinswood Boatbuilders10mm base plates, 6mm hull side plates 4mm cabin side plates & cabin roof*Isuzu Marine 55 diesel engine (228938) and a newage PRM 150 D2 Gearbox (C925049)She is laying in Bradford-On-Avon Nr Bath and Bristol in one direction (Right) and not far from London in the other direction (Left) I will miss life on the canal, its been a very hard decision to make, especially when party animal makes life very comfortable.She is well insulated and kept warm with a wood burning stove, she has huge water tanks which is needed on a family sized vessel with a toilet, shower and a urinal in the bathroom. This may make you smile, a urinal? Yes party animal comes with her very own urinal! Its actually very practicle and stops the pump out toilet from filling up! Its little things like this that make the difference when living aboard.She comes with all original paperwork, a brand new paint job inside and out 3 new batteries, 1200 watt invertor for 240 volt power and central heating throughout which is powered by a Wabasco diesel water heater.She has a double bedroom to the rear, oak flooring and a huge lounge areaA recent out of water inspection shows the hull to be in excellent condition and 3 coats of blacking has been applied.To arrange a viewing call 07506687163 or 07980234462
