One of the better if not the best kept RL28's currently on the market. Exceptional buying at this price..do a search and you wont find one for this price anywhere else in this condition or with what it offers. In fact find another 28ft trailable this price that doesn't require major money spent on it and you will be doing well.Don't waste my time or your own by offering anything less than the starting bid. If you still feel compelled to, we can talk about what items you don't want with the boat, starting with the motor, followed by the electric winch, then the fully battened mainsail. "Sunset boulevard" has always been looked after, mostly kept under cover and has resided down on the gippsland lakes over the last decade. With a reliable Honda 9.9hp engine (just had a major service) and sitting on a registered Tinka trailer that was regalvanised also in recent times, she comes with everything you need to get sailing, where ever you want to go by land or water. Designed as a comfortable cruiser, the RL28 design features creature comforts, like 6 feet of headroom and six berths. It features a hydraulically operated swing keel which is ideal for shallow waters with numerous sand banks and the 16 inch minimum draft enables the RL28 to be beached. To enhance the extended cruising ability of the yacht, there are 19 separate storage compartments, shower compartment, portable toilet and wash basin, and a hanging wet locker. Internally the RL28 is built for comfort with a galley complete with 2 burner stove, sink, generous ice box and ample fresh water storage.
