1987 Boston Whaler Outrage 22 Cuddy very low hour freshwater use only in Frankfort Michigan. One owner boat until I purchased last April from original selling dealer who handled estate sale. 2003 Mercury Optimax 225 with approximately 35 hours (21.3 hours in April and I put on about 10-15 hours) Motor looks and runs as new. Dealer serviced and winterized by Mercury dealer since new. Anything that might need replacing was replaced. 2014 Mercury Big Foot 9.9 with less than one hour of use. Eagle trailer with new tires and bearings on non-brake axle. Only issue with trailer is slack absorbing shock needs replacement. This hull has the cuddy option, super console option, and rear bench seat option. Hull was bottom painted by original owner and I sanded and applied Pettit Vivid in hull color match. Hull is VERY dry. I was able to get the meter to read only a little in a few areas of transom and by gas filler tube (I think solely related to open area for tube and not moisture). Hull looks almost like new in and out. Teak gunnel boards need new varnish. Plaid cloth on one cushion is ripped (vinyl side is excellent). There are a few gel coat touch ups by me, and some that need touch up, but generally the boat is as nice as the pictures show it to be. This is a rare find in this kind of freshwater condition. Everything on boat works. Newer Mercury gages. Wireless transducer. iPad Mount (iPad not included). Comes with new toilet and all coast guard required gear. Original canvas storage cover in nice condition (also speaks to condition of hull). Boat makes good speed with excellent fuel consumption appx 29 knots at 7.5-9 gallons per hour. 77 gallon original tank. I am selling because I want a boat that has a large swim platform, or transom/hull door with ladder. I also want a boat with no cabin, or cabin with standing headroom. Also, a boat that is easy to anchor (windlass or walk right to anchor). Arthritis issues are making it too difficult for me to care for and swim from this boat. I need a wide open, low maintenance, seaworthy boat that caters to my limitations. I am happy to answer any questions you might have. Look at my feedback, you will get an honest opinion on anything you want to know. Boat is winterized and indoor stored in Harbor Springs, Michigan. I will help with logistics any way I reasonably can, but boat is sold "AS IS" and "WHERE IS" with buyer to pay all shipping costs. Immediate $2000 deposit and full payment in one week please. Wire Transfer, Cashiers Check, or Cash.I am willing to sell for $2,000 less without the 2014 Mercury 9.9
