I bough the yacht year ago & i was have no time to do it up & on the market the columbia 27 going for $ 15 K ! mooring @ Botany Bay yacht club & yacht need little work , need to paint under water line & same time change the Yanmar diesel, i have & can supply,160 hrs down inboard Yamaha diesel 14 HP with hydraulic gear box together & the 20 Lt marine paint ,,,(worth $600 ) interior good and with toilet and also center driven , excellent project if u can do the work or even give it to contractor can do $3K all the work or under !!! So for 6K all up u can have a nice 27 columbia wich worth 15K or can insurance 20 K the mooring club there have hardstand facility to paint under water line and overhead winch to replace the motor ! the 27 Columbia full fiberglass in & out and all this model same design in & out ! the vessel is registered # NB618N ! we need to sale as we lost interest
